Morocco’s imperial city was born from the crossroads of spice routes, where over the course of centuries, countless flavors have been shared with the rest of the world. At Jnane Karwan we pride ourselves on keeping culinary traditions alive while always adding a personal touch. The organic gardens spread across the property burst with vegetables from around the globe, with many varieties we are likely to be the only ones to grow in Marrakech.

Our on-site farm to kitchen cuisine features a range of dishes that celebrate diverse culinary traditions of the region, while also incorporating contemporary techniques and innovations by our talented chefs. Cultural influences in our food include Mediterranean-Moroccan, Indian, and West African flavors. Our bar and café features herb-infused botanical cocktails and fresh juices as well as coffee and tea.
